Event Details

Add-on-Con is the only conference designed specifically for people who build and market browser add-ons. Organized by members of the add‐on community, this one day conference brings together platform vendors, developers and marketers, with the goal of facilitating communication, and sharing knowledge.

The 2008 Add-on-Con surpassed everyone’s expectations and generated insightful conversation that is still being referenced today. The 2009 event will deliver more. The opening keynote of Add-on-Con ’09 will focus on payment systems, while the closing keynote will focus on the future of the web browser as a platform. Plus we have in-depth tracks for people who market and development add-ons. The tracks cover distribution, add-on ecosystems, as well as the latest platform changes from Mozilla, and Google Chrome.

Developers intersted in one-to-one interactions with browser vendors and distribution partners should check out CodeFest2. The developer-only mini conference runs alongside Add-on-Con and is free. Sign up early space is limited. Plus if you feel inclined to write some code during CodeFest2 you can win an XBOX 360.
